- HLTF (Helicase-like transcription factor) is a multifunctional protein combining DNA-dependent ATPase, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase, and chromatin remodeling activities, encoded by the HLTF gene (also known as HIP116A, RNF80, SMARCA3, SNF2L3, ZBU1).
