  • SASH1, also known as SAM and SH3 domain-containing protein 1, acts as a scaffold molecule downstream of TLR4 activation, positively regulating NF-κB signaling by assembling a complex that includes TRAF6, MAP3K7, CHUK, and IKBKB. Related references: PMID:23776175
