- S100A10 induces dimerization of ANXA2, and the ANXA2 monomer is the preferred target of tyrosine-specific kinase, suggesting a role in regulating protein phosphorylation.
- The protein undergoes post-translational modifications including acetylation and isopeptide bond formation (Ubl conjugation), as identified by proteomics.
