  • CD45 contains two intracellular PTPase domains: the first has catalytic activity, while the second modulates substrate specificity.
  • It dephosphorylates key signaling molecules such as SKAP1, FYN, and LYN, thereby regulating T-cell receptor signaling thresholds.
