Biological Background: IFNGR1 (CD119) Function and Localization
- IFNGR1, also known as CD119 or IFN-gamma receptor alpha-chain, is the ligand-binding subunit of the interferon gamma receptor complex.

- Upon IFN-gamma binding, the intracellular domain undergoes conformational change, allowing JAK1/JAK2 recruitment.
