CD93 (Complement component C1q receptor, C1qR) is a cell surface receptor that mediates phagocytosis and enhances uptake of apoptotic cells and immune complexes by binding defense collagens such as surfactant protein A (SFTPA1), C1q, and mannose-binding lectin (MBL2).
