Biological Background: LILRB2/CD85d/ILT4 Function and Localization

  • Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 2 (LILRB2), also designated CD85d, ILT4, LIR2, and MIR10.
  • Functions as a receptor for a broad spectrum of class I MHC antigens, including HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-G and HLA-F alleles. Related references: PMID:11169396 PMID:12853576 PMID:16455647
