Biological Background: CD47 Function and Localization
- Leukocyte surface antigen CD47 (also known as IAP, OA3, MER6) is a widely expressed transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily, with multiple isoforms arising from alternative splicing.
