- CD177 (also designated HNA-2a, NB1 GP, PRV-1) is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored glycoprotein expressed on a subset of mature human neutrophils.
- It associates with the beta-2 integrin heterodimer ITGAM/CD11b–ITGB2/CD18 to mediate activation of TNF-primed neutrophils, including degranulation and superoxide production (PubMed:21193407).
