Biological Background: Transcription Factor Jun Function and Localization

- Validated for WB and ELISA. For WB, a band at ~36 kDa is expected; optimal dilution should be determined empirically. For ELISA, coating with phospho-peptide and non-phospho-peptide may help assess specificity.
