Biological Background: PD-L2/CD273/B7-DC Function and Localization
- PD-L2 (Programmed cell death 1 ligand 2), also referred to as butyrophilin B7-DC (B7-DC) or CD273, is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the immunoglobulin superfamily, containing immunoglobulin-like domains and disulfide bonds.
