  • The nm23 antibody recognizes both human NME1 (P15531) and NME2 (P22392), also known as NM23-H1 and NM23-H2, respectively. NME1 is a nucleoside diphosphate kinase that catalyzes the transfer of a γ-phosphoryl group from ATP to nucleoside diphosphates, maintaining nucleotide homeostasis.
