SLC25A23 (also known as APC2, MCSC2, SCaMC-3) is a mitochondrial carrier protein that mediates electroneutral exchange of adenine nucleotides across the inner mitochondrial membrane.

It functions as an ATP-Mg/Pi carrier and a broad-specificity adenyl nucleotide antiporter, adapting the mitochondrial matrix adenine nucleotide pool to cellular energy demands.
