Biological Background: SAMHD1 Function and Localization
- SAMHD1 (Deoxynucleoside triphosphate triphosphohydrolase SAMHD1) is also known as Dendritic cell-derived IFNG-induced protein (DCIP), Monocyte protein 5 (MOP-5), and SAM domain and HD domain-containing protein 1 (hSAMHD1).
