Biological Background: CXCR7 Function and Localization
- CXCR7 (ACKR3) is an atypical chemokine receptor that binds the chemokines CXCL11 and CXCL12/SDF1 with high affinity, but does not activate classic G protein-mediated signal transduction. Related references: PMID:16107333 PMID:19255243 PMID:19380869
