Biological Background: CXCR2 Function and Localization
- CXCR2 (C-X-C chemokine receptor type 2) is a high-affinity receptor for interleukin-8 (IL-8), a potent neutrophil chemoattractant. Related references: PMID:1891716

- In immunofluorescence (IF/ICC) and immunohistochemistry (IHC-P), permeabilization may be required to allow antibody access to the intracellular epitope. Optimize fixation and permeabilization conditions.
