Biological Background: ICOS Ligand Function and Localization

• ICOSLG, also known as B7-H2, B7RP-1, or CD275, is a member of the B7 family of immune costimulatory molecules and contains an immunoglobulin V-like domain.

• Induces B-cell proliferation and differentiation into plasma cells, contributing to humoral immunity.
