Biological Background: Bcl10 Function and Localization
- BCL10 functions as a critical adapter in immune signaling, bridging CARD domain-containing proteins (CARD9, CARD11, CARD14) to downstream activation of NF-kappa-B and MAP kinase p38 pathways, thereby regulating pro-inflammatory cytokine and chemokine expression.
