  • VEGFR1 (FLT-1) is a tyrosine-protein kinase receptor and member of the VEGFR family, encoded by the FLT1 gene. It exists as multiple isoforms, including a membrane-bound full-length form and soluble secreted variants (isoforms 2 and 3) generated by alternative splicing.
