- The predicted molecular weight is approximately 51 kDa, but due to glycosylation and other modifications, the observed band may appear at a higher molecular weight. For ELISA, the antibody may be used for both direct and indirect detection; however, specific assay conditions require optimization.
- Cross-reactivity with mouse and rat ADRB1 has been reported, but sequence homology should be verified, and performance should be validated in the specific sample system and application.
