Biological Background: USP39 Function and Localization
- USP39 is a ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase (deubiquitinating enzyme) containing a zinc-finger domain, belonging to the peptidase C19 family; it is also known as SAD1 homolog and U4/U6.U5 tri-snRNP-associated 65 kDa protein (SNRNP65).
