- TACC3 (Transforming acidic coiled-coil-containing protein 3), also known as ERIC-1, is a coiled-coil domain-containing protein identified through proteomics.
- Plays a critical role in centrosome-mediated interkinetic nuclear migration (INM) of neural progenitors, coupling the nucleus and centrosome in a microtubule-dependent manner (By similarity).
