- Steroidogenic factor-1 (SF-1), encoded by the NR5A1 gene, is a nuclear receptor and transcriptional activator essential for sexual differentiation and the formation of primary steroidogenic tissues. Related references: PMID:27378692

- In ELISA, consider direct coating with the recombinant immunogen or capture of native SF-1 from cell lysates; perform checkerboard titrations.
