  • SRP9 (Signal recognition particle 9 kDa protein, also known as ALURBP) is a component of the signal recognition particle (SRP) complex.
  • The SRP complex mediates the cotranslational targeting of secretory and membrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum.
