  • Serine/threonine-protein phosphatase 4 regulatory subunit 3A (PPP4R3A), also known as SMEK homolog 1, is encoded by the PPP4R3A gene in humans. Alternative names include PP4R3A, FLFL1, and KIAA2010.
  • Acts as a regulatory subunit of protein phosphatase 4 (PP4) and may modulate PPP4C catalytic activity at centrosomal microtubule organizing centers.
