  • SMARCAD1 (SWI/SNF-related matrix-associated actin-dependent regulator of chromatin subfamily A containing DEAD/H box 1) is an ATP-dependent chromatin remodeler with intrinsic nucleosome-remodeling activity, playing essential roles in DNA repair and heterochromatin organization.
