  • SH3PXD2A (SH3 and PX domain-containing protein 2A) is an adapter protein also known as TKS5, FISH, and SH3MD1. It belongs to the TKS family and contains an N-terminal PX domain and five C-terminal SH3 domains, with alternative splicing generating multiple isoforms.
