Biological Background: RICTOR Function and Localization
- RICTOR (Rapamycin-insensitive companion of mTOR), also known as hAVO3, is a component of the mTORC2 complex, which transduces signals from growth factors to pathways involved in proliferation, cytoskeletal organization, lipogenesis and anabolic output.
