Biological Background: RECK Function and Localization

• RECK (reversion-inducing cysteine-rich protein with Kazal motifs), also known as suppressor of tumorigenicity 15 protein (ST15), is a GPI-anchored cell membrane glycoprotein with serine protease inhibitor domains.
