Biological Background: RAD54B Function and Localization

• DNA repair and recombination protein RAD54B (RAD54 homolog B, also known as RDH54) is a multifunctional ATPase involved in homologous recombination (HR), a major pathway for repairing DNA double-strand breaks, single-stranded DNA gaps, and stalled replication forks.
