• Recognizes 26S proteasome regulatory subunit 6A (also known as RPT5, TBP-1, or PSMC3), a member of the AAA-ATPase family.
• Functions as a core component of the 26S proteasome, driving ATP-dependent degradation of ubiquitinated proteins to maintain cellular protein homeostasis.
• Participates in critical biological processes including cell cycle progression, apoptosis, and DNA damage repair by eliminating regulatory proteins.
• Localizes to both the cytoplasm and nucleus, consistent with its role in proteasomal degradation across cellular compartments.

Experimental Guidance and Technical Tips
