- For Western blotting, the target protein has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 41 kDa; consider using stimulated or treated cell/tissue lysates where p38 MAPK phosphorylation is induced to enhance signal detection.
- In immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, antigen retrieval methods and careful control of phosphatase activity during sample preparation may be necessary to preserve the phospho-epitope.
