Biological Background: B-Raf Function and Localization
- B-Raf is a serine/threonine-protein kinase belonging to the RAF family, encoded by the BRAF gene, and known as proto-oncogene B-Raf, p94, v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B1.
