Biological Background: OTUD4 Function and Localization
- OTUD4, also known as HIV-1-induced protein HIN-1, is a deubiquitinase that hydrolyzes the isopeptide bond between ubiquitin and lysine residues on target proteins (PubMed:23827681, PubMed:25944111, PubMed:29395066).
