  • Nuclear receptor subfamily 4 group A member 1 (NUR77, also known as NR4A1, NAK1, TR3, NGFIB) is an orphan nuclear receptor that binds the NGFI-B response element (NBRE) 5'-AAAGGTCA-3' and can interact with 9-cis-retinoic acid outside its ligand-binding domain.
