- NPSR1 encodes the Neuropeptide S receptor, also known as G protein-coupled receptor 154 (GPR154), GPRA, or PGR14, a typical seven-transmembrane GPCR.

- In ELISA applications, direct coating of the immunogen peptide or recombinant NPSR1 extracellular domain may be suitable. Optimize coating conditions and include negative controls.
