  • Attenuates EGF signaling by facilitating ligand-induced EGFR endocytosis and desensitization via PKC-mediated CBL phosphorylation and ubiquitination (By similarity).
  • Modulates integrin-mediated cell-matrix adhesion and suppresses migration by organizing membrane integrins such as ITGA4, ITGA6, and ITGB1 (By similarity).
