- PDGFRB (also known as CD140b, PDGFR-1) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that binds platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) ligands, including PDGFB, PDGFD, and PDGFA/PDGFB heterodimers, and is fundamental to embryonic development, cell proliferation, survival, differentiation, chemotaxis, and migration.
