- Lymphotoxin-alpha (LTA), also known as TNF-beta, is a cytokine and member of the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily (TNFSF1).
- In its homotrimeric form, LTA binds to TNFRSF1A/TNFR1, TNFRSF1B/TNFBR, and TNFRSF14/HVEM, mediating inflammatory and immune responses.
