- KLHDC3, also known as testis intracellular mediator protein (PEAS), is a Kelch domain-containing protein encoded by the KLHDC3 gene.
- It functions as a substrate-recognition component of a Cul2-RING (CRL2) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex, part of the DesCEND pathway that targets proteins bearing a C-terminal glycine degron for ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation. Related references: PMID:29775578, PMID:29779948
