  • Western Blot: A specific band at ~117 kDa under reducing conditions is anticipated. Use whole cell or tissue lysates from kidney, smooth muscle, or mesenchymal cell lines as positive control material. Validate performance in human, mouse, and rat samples due to reported cross-reactivity.
