  • For ELISA, use recombinant intracellular domain protein or lysates from INSR-expressing cells as antigen; confirm specificity with appropriate negative controls.
  • The antibody cross-reacts with mouse and rat INSR, making it useful for translational studies; however, species-specific validation is recommended.
