- For immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections, antigen retrieval optimization is recommended. Positive control tissues include human lymph node, spleen, or tonsil.
- Cross-reactivity with rat has been reported; for other species, check sequence homology of the immunogen region before use.
