Biological Background: ERCC6L2 Function and Localization
- ERCC6L2 promotes efficient DNA double-strand break (DSB) end-joining and facilitates programmed recombination by controlling the spatial orientation of DNA ends. It also restricts DNA end resection during DSB repair.
