Biological Background: DHX9 Function and Localization

• DHX9, also known as RNA Helicase A, is a multifunctional ATP-dependent nucleic acid helicase that unwinds both DNA and RNA in the 3' to 5' direction, participating in DNA replication, transcription, RNA processing, translation, and gene silencing.
