- Cytochrome P450 4A11 (CYP4A11), also termed 20-hydroxyeicosatetraenoic acid (20-HETE) synthase, fatty acid omega-hydroxylase, and CYPIVA11, is a heme-thiolate monooxygenase belonging to the cytochrome P450 family.
