• COQ3, also known as 3-demethylubiquinol 3-O-methyltransferase, 3-demethylubiquinone 3-O-methyltransferase, or Polyprenyldihydroxybenzoate methyltransferase, is a mitochondrial O-methyltransferase essential for ubiquinone (Coenzyme Q) biosynthesis.
