Biological Background: CDC34 Function and Localization

  • CDC34 (UBE2R1) is an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme that accepts ubiquitin from E1 and catalyzes its covalent attachment to substrate proteins with E3 ligase complexes (PubMed:10329681, PubMed:17588522, PubMed:20061386).
