Biological Background: CDC23 Function and Localization

• Cell division cycle protein 23 homolog (CDC23), also designated anaphase-promoting complex subunit 8 (APC8) or cyclosome subunit 8, is a core component of the anaphase-promoting complex/cyclosome (APC/C).
