- CD45, officially designated receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C (PTPRC), is also known as leukocyte common antigen (L-CA), T200, and B220 (in its isoform-specific context). It is a key transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on all nucleated hematopoietic cells.
